Jan. 15 Picture/Recipe

Well, last night I met a girlfriend and got drunk so the sketch I made is not worth putting up. So I am putting up a picture of tonight's dinner. If you are curious, a recipe is included.



Chickpea Zucchini Soup

Ingredients:
  • Half a can of chickpeas
  • Half a zucchini (cut to small slices)
  • Cherry tomatoes (5-6)
  • Half a red bell pepper
  • 200 ml of water
  • Salt
  • Basil
  • Pepper
  • Chili powder
  • Tablespoon of olive oil

Directions:
  1.  Put everything in the pot, heat till it is boiling lightly
  2.  Bring the heat down, simmer for 10 minutes
  3.  Put contents into blender. Blend lightly (I have no puree stick)
  4.  Put back in pot, simmer for 5-10 more minutes
  5.  Eat with a nice hard-crusted bun.
